UP Aquatics' Signature and First Project:
HULBERT AQUATIC CENTER
Up Aquatics was formed six years ago with the mission to build a world-class aquatic facility. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, calling ourselves a grassroots movement. We've been searching for the right partner and project and have found one with the West Fargo School District.
The West Fargo School District asked voters to approve a bond referendum on November 17 for $98.1 million. Voters said 'yes' to the project which includes an aquatic center. The Hulbert Auqatic Center will be located at the existing Berger Pool and include a warm down teaching pool and a 54 meter pool for competition.
Located at 620 7th Ave E in West Fargo, the Hulbert Aquatic Center is home to the finest indoor swimming venue in the Upper Midwest with a 54 meter Competition Pool, and in 2018 the completion of a Warm-Water Lessons/Therapy Pool.

UP Aquatics
UP Aquatics, a local, grass-roots nonprofit organization dedicated to the world of swimming and aquatics, has been working with numerous groups in the region since 2007 in hopes of bringing this type of facility to fruition.
Hulbert Aquatic Center
The naming is in recognition of the contribution from Steve and Diane Hulbert in memory of their daughter, Heidi Hulbert Rowe (March 22, 1969 – March 30, 2004).
